Roland Jäger (born February 15, 1962 in Frankfurt am Main ) is a German management consultant and author of non-fiction books .

Act

The banker and business economist initially worked for a savings bank and later as a manager at a private bank. This was followed by a job at ibo Consulting and Training GmbH. In 2003 he started his own business and founded rj management in Wiesbaden . As a consultant, trainer and coach, he has since accompanied board members, managing directors and executives and has explained his theses on personnel management , corporate management and management in several books.

Roland Jäger became known to a broader public through the publication of the non-fiction book Cuddled Up: Inconvenient Truths for the Boss , which experienced several editions. As an advocate of a “consistent leadership style”, Jäger appeared as a talk show guest on “ Anne Will ” and as a presenter together with the actor Christoph Maria Herbst . He writes about his topics in the trade press and holds seminars and lectures on them. At the business portal “Perspektive Mittelstand”, Roland Jäger is responsible for the “Leadership issue” column, which deals with questions of modern management.
