Rolf Koltzsch
Rolf Koltzsch (born July 16, 1928 in Leipzig ) is a German SPD politician .
Koltzsch is a locksmith and insurance salesman by profession. He joined the SPD in 1956. From 1987 to 1994 he was a member of the German Bundestag . Koltzsch was always directly elected in the Herford constituency.
Today he lives in Spenge .
