Rolf Thomsen (in the original: Alain Chevallier ) is a Franco-Belgian comic series published between 1971 and 1985 .

Rolf Thomsen is a professional racing driver who has to deal with acts of sabotage and other criminal cases. He receives active support from his fiancée Tina Rex and his loyal mechanic John John, known as Steack.

André-Paul Duchâteau wrote the racing series. The draftsman was Christian Denayer . The series appeared in Le Soir between 1971 and 1976 and in 1976 in a supplement. Further episodes were published from 1976 to 1980 in the Belgian and from 1976 to 1985 in the French edition of Tintin . Two short stories appeared in Super Tintin . There was also an album release. The series had a brief guest appearance in the German-speaking area in 1975 in old Zack .
