Christian Denayer
Christian Denayer (born September 28, 1945 in Ixelles ) is a Belgian comic artist .
Career
After training as a teacher, Christian Denayer switched to drawing. Because of his exact drawings of all kinds of vehicles, he was employed as a background artist by Paul Cuvelier , Jean Graton and Tibet . He drew for Line , Michel Vaillant , Rick Master and The Fearless Club .
In 1966 he began to realize his own projects. Years of collaboration linked him with André-Paul Duchâteau . The Wayne Shelton series , which was extremely successful, was created with Jean Van Hamme .
