Roman Schatz (born August 21, 1960 in Überlingen ) is a German- Finnish author, television producer, presenter and actor who lives and works in Finland .

Life

Roman Schatz studied German and Romance languages in Berlin . In 1985 he moved to Helsinki to live with his Finnish partner. He wrote German textbooks and scripts for the Finnish television YLE . Occasionally he appears in supporting roles in the film, for example in 2007 in Raja 1918 . In the Finnish media he is - similar to Steffen Möller in Poland - as "the German on duty", ie contact person for assessing and classifying events and developments in German-speaking countries. Since he received Finnish citizenship in 2012, Schatz has apparently been a holder of a double pass.
