Romualdas Krukauskas

Romualdas Krukauskas is a Lithuanian former civil servant and politician , vice minister .

Life

He completed a diploma course at the Vilniaus universitetas . On December 31, 1991, Lithuanian Prime Minister Gediminas Vagnorius Basevičius appointed Deputy Minister of Communications and Information Technology in the Vagnorius I cabinet . He worked as deputy minister until June 28, 1994. On June 28, 1994, Lithuanian Prime Minister Adolfas Šleževičius exonerated him and appointed him secretary at the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology of Lithuania and director of the IT department (RRT). On August 19, 1994, Lithuanian Prime Minister Adolfas Šleževičius Basevičius exonerated. In 2013 he worked as the Deputy Director of the Postal Department and then as the Postal Department Director at Ryšių reguliavimo tarnyba in Vilnius . From March 2001 he worked as department director for strategy projects and manager in the state IT company Infostruktūra (in the field of Strategic Project Management, eGOV, private computer networks projects and EU projects) in Vilnius.

He has been a board member at Lietuvos kompiuterininkų sąjunga (LIKS) since December 1989 and was vice-president of the IT association "Infobalt" in 2002.
