Roni Duani , Hebrew רוני דואני;born as Liron Duani (born March 10, 1986 in Rishon LeZion , Israel ) is an Israeli pop singer and actress .

Life

Duani grew up in Rishon LeZion and is the younger sister of Israeli actress and presenter Jael Duani. She took dance lessons at a young age. From 2002 she was promoted by the Israeli record label Helicon , who saw her as a future star. She received two years of singing, dancing and acting training. In 2004 she quickly became known through her first album, Olam Schalem BaHuz . She quickly got the nickname "Roni Superstar" because the album contained the hit Superstar .

In 2004, Duani appeared in several children's and youth programs on the Nickelodeon television network . From February 2005 Duani did her military service with the Ordonnanzcorps of the Israel Defense Forces . In June of the same year her new two-part album Lo Otzeret was released . In March 2006 the second part of the album and a single came out on the market. In the same year she played in the new edition of the musical The Wizard of Oz . She also had a role in the third and fourth seasons of Big Head , a program on the Israeli children's channel. In 2007 she marketed cosmetics for young girls under her name. That year she also released the DVD On Tiptoe , on which she taught dance. Her album TBD was released in early 2009.
