Ronny Jost

Ronny Jost (born May 25, 1988 in Thun ) is a Swiss car racing driver and competes in the European Touring Car Cup (ETCC).

Career

After Ronny Jost started his motorsport career in two-wheeled racing , he switched to touring car racing in 2011 . He started three races in the ADAC Chevrolet Cruze Cup and another three races in the German Seat Leon Supercopa and achieved third place in the guest driver classification.

2012-2013 Ronny Jost switched to DMV TCC. In the first year he reached 4th place in the touring car classification with various podium finishes. In the following year, Ronny Jost achieved third place in the touring car classification.

In 2014 Ronny Jost switched to the European Touring Car Cup (ETCC) with his Seat Leon Supercopa Mk2 . In the end, he finished fourth in the Single-Make-Trophy (SMT), just one point behind third.

In 2015 Ronny Jost will start again in the European Touring Car Cup (ETCC) with a Seat Leon Cupracer Mk3

Ronny Jost completed his apprenticeship as a car mechanic and works in his parents' company.
