Ronny Matthes (* 1979 in Eberswalde near Berlin ) is a German pianist and composer .

biography

Ronny Matthes worked as a hotel pianist in Dresden for a long time. On February 13, 2009, his work “13. February 1945 ”premiered at Neumarkt in Dresden. In addition to the music, video recordings by the Dresden documentary filmmaker Ernst Hirsch were shown, for which Ronny Matthes wrote the film music.

Ronny Matthes does not let GEMA exploit his compositions . His music is published by the music publisher "Matthesmusic", founded in 2006, of which he is the owner.

Musically, Ronny Matthes moves in the field of everyday music . He composes piano music , Christmas music, relaxation music and chillout music , which is primarily used as GEMA-free music for sound reinforcement.

Ronny Matthes has recorded numerous Christmas carols. The singers include Torsten Schäpan and Linda Heins .
