Rosemarie Bisinger

Rosemarie Bisinger (born October 23, 1936 in Esslingen am Neckar ) is a German canoeist. Her favorite discipline was whitewater rafting, but she was also successful in canoe slalom. In 1955 she won first place in the women's canoe slalom and thus the world title at the 1955 Canoe World Championships.

At the whitewater racing world championships in 1959 she was again world champion, this time in whitewater canoeing with a victory time of 50: 47.9.2. For this success she was awarded the Silver Laurel Leaf by the Federal President on August 2, 1959 . She also took part in the whitewater racing world championships in 1963 and was runner-up in whitewater canoeing.
