Rosetta Crawford

Rosetta Crawford (* around 1900 , † after 1939) was an American blues - singer .

Crawford made several records between 1923 and 1924 (the first with Sidney Bechet and Clarence Williams ) and made a brief comeback in 1939 when she recorded four sides of records with Tommy Ladnier , Mezz Mezzrow and James P. Johnson . The tracks were Double-Crossing Papa, I'm Tired Of Fattening Frogs For Snakes, Stop It Joe, and My Man Jumped Salty On Me .
