Rotaria neptunia is a kind of rotifers from the genus Rotaria .
description
The animals are whitish translucent and grow up to 1600 µm in size, with the long and thin creeper taking up about half the length. The foot members are similar to telescopic tubes .
distribution
The species is widespread and is found mainly in muddy lakes , ponds and rivers .
