The Rote Villa is a monument in the town of Velten in the Oberhavel district in the state of Brandenburg .

Architecture and history

The Rote Villa is a residential building built around 1880 in what was then Bötzower Straße 105. The building owner was the furnace manufacturer Dankberg, who had the single-storey building built in brick with a gable roof .

Since 2006, Lebenshilfe eV has been operating an assisted living facility in the building.
