It is located in the Alte Neustadt district of Magdeburg at the southern end of Rothensseer Straße, on the west side of it. To the north of the house is the listed building at Rothenseer Straße 2 .

Architecture and history

The three-story residential and commercial building was built in 1885 as a brick building in the neo-renaissance style. The eight-axis facade is richly structured by plaster elements. There are pilasters and stucco medallions with busts. The windows of the main floor have frames and Verdachungen. The roofs of the windows of the four central axes are semicircular, the others pointed gables.

As part of a row of houses from the Wilhelminian era, the building is characteristic of the street.

In the local register of monuments , the house is listed as a monument with registration number 094 81873 .
