Roy Pella

Roy Pella ( Gino Roy Pella; born May 11, 1930 in Greater Sudbury ) is a former Canadian discus thrower .

At the Olympic Games in Helsinki in 1952 he came in 14th place, and at the British Empire and Commonwealth Games in Vancouver in 1954 , he won silver.

In 1952, 1954 and 1956 he was Canadian champion. He set his personal best of 52.27 m on May 14, 1954 in Windsor .
