Rozalia Husti (* 28. January 1964 in Satu Mare as Rozalia Oros ) is a former Romanian - German foil fencer .

successes

Rozalia Husti took part in the 1984 Olympic Games in Los Angeles , where she reached the final for the gold medal unbeaten in the team competition. In this the Romanian team had to admit defeat to Germany 5: 9. Together with Elisabeta Guzganu , Aurora Dan , Marcela Moldovan-Zsak and Monika Weber , she received the silver medal. At the 1987 World Championships in Lausanne , she also won the silver medal. In 1990 she began to work as a trainer at the Tauberbischofsheim fencing club and from then on competed internationally under the German flag. With the German team she won bronze at the 1991 World Championships in Budapest , as well as in the individual competition in 1992 in Lisbon at the European Championships .
