Rubén Anguiano (born November 17, 1950 in Mexico City ) is a former Mexican soccer player who played mainly in midfield .
career
Anguiano began his professional career in 1971 at CD Zacatepec and moved to Universidad de Guadalajara in 1975 , with whom he was runner-up in the Mexican league twice in a row in the 1975/76 and 1976/77 seasons .
In 1979 he moved to his hometown, where he was under contract with Club Atlante until 1985 . In 1983 he won the CONCACAF Champions' Cup with the Atlantistas .
Between 1974 and 1979 Anguiano completed a total of ten international appearances for the Mexican national team .
