The 2015 E3 Harelbeke cycling race was the 58th edition of this cycling classic and took place on March 27, 2015. As in the previous year, the race was held on a Friday. The one-day race was part of the UCI WorldTour 2015 and within this the sixth of 28 races. The total distance of the race was 215.3 kilometers.
It won the Briton Geraint Thomas of the British Team Sky before the Czechs Zdeněk Štybar and the Italians Matteo Trentin , both for the Belgian team Team Quick Step lead. Thomas attacked in the last four kilometers from a three-man leading group with Stybar and Peter Sagan , which had formed 40 kilometers from the finish.
For Geraint Thomas it was the first victory at E3 Harelbeke. In addition, he was the very first Briton to win the race.

The 17 UCI WorldTeams of the 2015 season were eligible to start . In addition, the organizer gave wildcards to seven UCI Professional Continental Teams . The 24 participating teams competed with eight drivers each, with the exception of the Southeast team, which started with only seven drivers. This resulted in a starting field of 191 drivers from 34 nations. Among the drivers were nine Germans, two Austrians and five Swiss.
