IAM Cycling was a Swiss cycling team based in Nyon . The team was founded for the 2013 season and received a license as a Professional Continental Team . For the 2015 season, the team received UCI WorldTeam status.

Name sponsor was IAM Independent Asset Management , a Geneva- based company whose purpose is asset management for pension funds. The founder and director of this company, Michel Thétaz, was also the team manager of IAM Cycling . Sport director was Serge Beucherie , assisted by Eddy Seigneur , Rubens Bertogliati , Mario Chiesa , Rik Verbrugghe and Kjell Carlström . The team was charged with wheels of Scott Sports facilities.

The team joined the Movement for Credible Cycling ( MPCC ) in its first season . In late May 2016, IAM Cycling announced that the team would disband at the end of the 2016 season.
