Marcel Aregger (born August 26, 1990 in Unterägeri ) is a former Swiss road cyclist.

Marcel Aregger began his career in 2010 with the Swiss Continental Team Price-Custom Bikes . In his first year there he finished seventh in the U23 event of the Eschborn-Frankfurt City Loop and third in the U23 street race of the national championship. The following year he finished second in the Tour de Gironde , second in the prologue of the Tour des Pays de Savoie and Swiss U23 champion in the road race. In 2012 Aregger won the Giro del Mendrisiotto . In 2014 (117th) and 2015 (106th) he started at the Vuelta a España . In March 2015 he suffered a serious fall at Quer durch Flanders , after which he was briefly passed out; however, he only suffered a broken collarbone and a concussion.

At the end of the 2016 season, Aregger resigned from active cycling because he could not find a new employer after the dissolution of his previous team IAM Cycling .
