Kjell Carlström (born October 18, 1976 in Porvoo ) is a former Finnish cyclist and later team leader of cycling teams .

Carlström drove with Amore & Vita-Beretta from 2002 , for which he won a stage and the overall classification of the Uniqa Classic in 2004 and was Finnish road racing champion . He then received a contract with the ProTeam Liquigas-Bianchi . There he won another stage of the Uniqa Classic in 2005 and became the second Finn after Joona Laukka to take part in the Tour de France , which he competed three times. He also won a stage at Paris – Nice in 2008 . For the 2010 season he switched to Sky Professional Cycling Team . In 2011 he was again Finnish road cycling champion.

At the end of the 2011 season, Kjell Carlström ended his career as a professional cyclist. He has been leading teams since 2016, initially with the UCI WorldTeam IAM Cycling .
