Jukka Heinikainen

Jukka Heinikainen (born July 22, 1972 in Kuusankoski ) is a former Finnish track and road cyclist .

Jukka Heinikainen was first 1,991 Finnish track cycling champion in the individual pursuit . He was five times national champion in the single pursuit, four times in the team pursuit , seven times in the points race , once in the scratch and twice in the team sprint ; in total he won 22 national titles. On the road, he became the Finnish time trial champion in 2001 . From 2002 to 2003 he rode for the Swedish cycling team Mälarenergi . In his first year there, he defended his time trial championship title and won the road race in the Finnish championship . The following year Heinikainen was successful at the Borga Grand Prix .
