The Brest rowing channel ( Russian Брестский гребной канал ) is an artificial lake in the Belarusian city of Brest , which has been used as a regatta course for rowing since 2007 .
history
The facility opened on May 25, 2007. It is located south of the city and south of the Muchawez River and is part of the Brest Regional Center of Olympic Reserve for rowing , which is just six kilometers from the Polish border.

The Brest rowing channel has a competition track with a length of 2000 m and a width of 162 m as well as a separate training pool with a connection to the Muchawez.
The main grandstand of the rowing channel has a capacity of 761 simple seats and 27 VIP seats.
