Rudolf Hinsberger

Rudolf Hinsberger (born March 6, 1943 in Urexweiler ) is a German local politician and member of the SPD .

education and profession

After attending the state Catholic teachers' seminar in Lebach , Hinsberger was appointed a teacher for a trial at an elementary school . Then he was a teacher at the secondary school in Ottweiler . 1974 to 1984 he studied history and German at the Saarland University in Saarbrücken. On August 22, 1984, he received his doctorate at the Philosophical Faculty of Saarland University.

politics

Since his youth, Hinsberger worked in various functions with the Young Socialists . Since 1974 he was represented in the Neunkirchen district council. On September 26, 1985 he was appointed District Administrator of the Neunkirchen district by the Saarland state government . After the municipalization of this office, the district council elected him for 10 years on October 1, 1986. With the introduction of direct elections for mayors and district administrators by the Saarland legislature, Rudolf Hinsberger was confirmed in his office with an absolute majority in 1996 and 2004. In March 2011, Hinsberger resigned from his position for reasons of age.

Personal

Hinsberger is married and has a son and two grandchildren. He has lived in Hüttigweiler since 1967 .

Rudolf Hinsberger has been dependent on a wheelchair since an accident on September 23, 1996. On March 19, 1997 he took over his official business again.
