Rudolf Karl Höfer

Rudolf Karl Höfer (born October 31, 1951 in Sankt Andrä-Höch ) is an Austrian Roman Catholic church historian .

Life

Höfer studied Roman Catholic theology and history. He taught as an associate professor for church history at the Catholic-Theological Faculty of the Karl-Franzens University in Graz. Member of the Historical Provincial Commission for Styria since 2000, from 2002 head of the edition project for "Visit protocols from the time of the Reformation and Counter-Reformation, the consecration and ordination protocols in Styria".
