Rudolf Mitschke (politician)

Rudolf Mitschke (* 1916 ; † after 1976) was a German mechanical engineer and politician ( SED ). He was a member of the People's Chamber of the GDR .

Life

The trained machine tool builder worked from 1945 in the Berlin machine tool factory (BWF) Marzahn, a company of the later VEB machine tool combine "7. October". He was a master in the small mechanics department and / or division manager and later qualified as an engineer. He became a member of the Free German Trade Union Federation (FDGB) and in 1950 the SED.

From 1963 to 1976 he was a member of the Berlin City Council and a member of the Standing Commission for Internal Affairs, VP and Justice and, in 1963, a member of the SED parliamentary group for a short time in the People's Chamber . Mitschke was nominated by the city council on March 20, 1963 as the Berlin representative for the People's Chamber and on April 18, 1963, by the 26th session of the People's Chamber, he was named as the successor to the resigned MP Otto Dohne as Berlin's representative. For the Volkskammer election in October 1963 he was no longer put up as a candidate. He was named an Honored Activist .
