Rugao

The city of Rugao ( Chinese 如皋 市 , Pinyin Rúgāo Shì ) is a district-free city in the district-free city of Nantong in the Chinese province of Jiangsu . It has an area of 1531 km² and has 1.43 million inhabitants.
The Shuihui Garden (Shuihui yuan 水绘 园) from the time of the Qing Dynasty has been on the list of monuments of the People's Republic of China (5-288) since 2001 .
