Historical radio receivers in the museum

A radio museum is a museum that presents the history of radio and thus the history of radio and television . This is done by the fact that transmitting and receiving devices have been presented since the beginning of broadcasting and made accessible to museum visitors. Among the exhibits include recording ( microphone , tape recorder , television camera ) and playback devices ( turntable , music chest , speakers , TV ) and the corresponding software ( audio tapes , video tapes , VTR tapes, records , CDs ). The development from tube to transistor technology is also shown.

There are 20 public radio museums in Germany.
