The round locomotive shed Piła ( Polish Parowozownia Pilska ) is a locomotive shed in the Polish city of Piła . It was built between 1870 and 1874 as part of the expansion of the railway in what was then Prussia . Its then unusual design served as a model for the construction of other engine sheds in Europe.

The engine shed was closed in the 1990s. The condition of the building has deteriorated dramatically in recent years. Some residents of Piła try to save the building from deterioration.
