The Rustadkollen is a 365  m high hill in the south of Bouvet Island in the South Atlantic . It rises just east of the Catoodden headland .

It was first mapped in 1898 during the Valdivia expedition (1898–1899) under the direction of the German zoologist Carl Chun . Participants in the first Antarctic voyage of the Norvegia (1927–1928) financed by the Norwegian whaling entrepreneur Lars Christensen under the direction of the Norwegian captain Harald Horntvedt (1879–1946) mapped it again in December 1927 and gave it its name. It is named after the Norwegian biologist Ditlef Rustad (1901–1993), who took part in this research trip.
