The Rusty Bluff ( English for rusty cliff ) are up to 225 m high and striking cliffs on Signy Island in the archipelago of the South Orkney Islands . The formation rises on the west side of Paal Harbor .
The Falkland Islands Dependencies Survey carried out measurements in 1947 and named the cliffs descriptively after their rust-red color.
