Ruy Gonçalves Ramos Sobrinho ( Japanese ラ モ ス 瑠 偉 , Ramosu Rui ; born February 9, 1957 in Rio de Janeiro ) is a former Brazilian-Japanese football player.

Ramos joined Yomiuri FC in 1977 and played for 19 years. During this time he made 302 appearances in which he was able to achieve 83 goals. In 1996 he went to Kyoto Purple Sanga for a year before returning to his club, now renamed Verdy Kawasaki, in 1997. In 1998 he finally ended his professional career.

In 1989 he was naturalized and was therefore also entitled to play for the Japanese national soccer team , for which he then played 32 international matches between 1989 and 1995.

From 2005 and from 2009 to 2013 he was in charge of the Japanese beach soccer team at the FIFA Beach Soccer World Cup 2005 and was surprisingly able to achieve 4th place with Japan. From January 2006 to 2007 he worked as a coach at his former club Tokyo Verdy and since 2014 at FC Gifu .
