Ruzhou

The city of Ruzhou ( Chinese  汝州市 , Pinyin Rǔzhōu Shì ) - until 1988 the district of Linru ( 临汝 县 , Línrǔ Xiàn ) - is an independent city in the Chinese province of Henan , which belongs to the administrative area of ​​the independent city ​​of Pingdingshan . It has an area of ​​1,573 km² and has 970,000 inhabitants (2004).

The Fengxue Temple and Dagoben Forest , the site of Zhang Xiang Gong - ceramic kiln , the Pagoda of Faxing Temple and the Confucian Temple of Ruzhou are on the list of monuments of the People's Republic of China .
