The municipality of Zhanhe ( Chinese  湛河区 , Pinyin Zhànhé Qū ) belongs to the administrative area of ​​the prefecture -level city of Pingdingshan in the Chinese province of Henan . It has an area of ​​124 km² and has a population of around 220,000 (2002).
