Ryōhei Arai ( Japanese 新 井 涼 平 Arai Ryōhei ; born November 3, 1990 in Saitama Prefecture ) is a Japanese football player .

Career

Arai learned to play football in the youth team of Omiya Ardija . He signed his first contract with Omiya Ardija in 2009. The club played in the highest league in the country, the J1 League . For the club, he completed five first division games. In 2010 he moved to the second division club FC Gifu , for which he played 31 league games. In 2012 he moved to league rivals Giravanz Kitakyushu . For the club he completed 34 league games. In 2013 he moved to the first division club Giravanz Kitakyushu. At the end of the 2018 season, the club was relegated to the J2 League .
