from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The Ryobi One-Day Cup 2011/12 was the 43rd staging of the National List A cricket - Championship in Australia . The competition was held between October 9, 2011 and February 25, 2012 between six Australian first-class representations of the states. In the final, South Australia and Tasmania drew , with South Australia receiving the title as they were better placed in the group stage.

format

The six teams played eight games in a group against the other teams. There are four points for a win, two for a draw or no result and no point for a loss. A bonus point is awarded if, with one sense, your own run number exceeds that of the opponent by 1.25 times, another point if it is even more than double that of the opponent. Furthermore, it is possible that teams are deducted points if, for example, they play too slowly. The first and second group qualifies for the final.
