Ryszard Staniek (born March 13, 1971 in Zebrzydowice , Poland ) is a former Polish football player .

As a professional footballer, he played in Poland and Spain .

Staniek played 12 times for the Polish national team and won the silver medal with the Polish Olympic team in Barcelona in 1992.

At the moment he is the youth coach at Orzeł Zabłocie in the Polish A class.

His brother Mirosław Staniek was also a professional footballer.
