Ryūzō Hiraki ( Japanese 平 木 隆 三 , Hiraki Ryūzō ; born October 7, 1931 in Osaka Prefecture ; † January 2, 2009 ) was a Japanese national football player and coach.

Hiraki made his debut on March 14, 1954 in a World Cup qualifier against the selection of South Korea. He completed a total of 30 international matches. His only goal he scored on September 3, 1959 in the game against the selection of Singapore in the Merdeka tournament .

From 1992 to 1993 he was the coach of the J. League club Nagoya Grampus Eight .
