Sébastien Harbonnier (born December 31, 1984 ) is a French cyclist .
Sébastien Harbonnier was third in the 2006 stage of the Vuelta Ciclista a León on the second section to Villablino . The next year he was third in the stage at the Cinturó de l'Empordà. From 2008 to 2010 Harbonnier drove for the Luxembourg Continental Team Differdange-Apiflo Vacances . In his first year there, he won the fourth stage of the Ronde de l'Oise to Verneuil-en-Halatte . After 2010 he only drove for smaller teams, including the Equipe Cycliste de l'Armée de Terre , which at that time was not yet registered as a Continental team.
