Sôya Rahyôgen ( Japanese 宗 谷 裸 氷原 for Kahles Sōya ice field ) is a structureless and extensive glacier area on the Prince Harald coast of the East Antarctic Queen Maud Land . It is located on the east bank of the Lützow-Holm-Bucht .
Japanese scientists mapped it from Landsat recordings and named it in 1981.
