Søren Wulff Johansson
Søren Wulff Johansson today Søren Linnemand Johansson (born August 26, 1971 in Hals , North Jutland , Denmark ) is a former Danish decathlete . He was the first Danish athlete to be banned for life for two doping offenses .
Johansson was a member of the athletics clubs from Aalborg AK until 1989, Trongården 1991/1992, Sparta Atletik 1993 and Københavns Idræts Forening 1994/1995. He won two Danish championships and two junior championships. His best performance in the decathlon is 6982 points.
In 1989 Johansson was banned for two years for illicit doping with anabolic steroids . In 1995 he was tested positive a second time and banned for life for renewed unauthorized doping.
