Sweet (unit)
Sweet was a measure of weight and salt in the salt works . A salt works often had three or four pans per boiling house and the entire sotteted contents of each pan were called sweet. With three pans it was 52 sweet.
- 1 sweet = 49.76 liters or as weight = 15.12 kilograms
- 36 sweet = 1 wispel
- 12 sweet = 1 fuder
- ½ sweet = 1 bushel
- 3 sweet = 1 rump = 45.36 kilograms
