South America trip of the German war in 1952
The German wars' trip to South America took place in the fall of 1952.
Under the direction of Hans Reip , Alfred Schwarzmann , Helmut Bantz , Theo Wied , Erich Wied , Adalbert Dickhut , Jakob Kiefer , Friedel Overwien and Hans Pfann flew to South America on September 19, 1952.
The German team showed their skills in two show gymnastics - in Santiago and Valparaiso - and by participating in the Association Gymnastics Festival of the German gymnastics clubs in Chile.
