The Sülzpfuhl is a lake in the village of Rühn in the Rostock district in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania.

The four-hectare body of water has a maximum extension of about 270 meters from north to south and 190 meters from west to east. Despite its small size, the lake has an average depth of 4.3 meters and a maximum depth of 8.4 meters in the middle, which can lead to temperature stratification . In 1999, the water was in the trophic hypertrophic II , that is extremely rich in nutrients, classified. There is an above-ground flow.

The Sülzpfuhl is surrounded by a street and almost completely built. On the east bank is the former Cistercian monastery Rühn , on the south bank there is a swimming area.

The fish species pike, carp, roach, crucian carp, eel, tench and perch are found in the water. The supervising fishing club is the SAV Bützow .
