The S-Credit Partner GmbH is a company car and consumer loans in the Savings Banks Financial Group . She works as a service provider for savings banks and the vehicle trade. The shareholders are the Landesbank Berlin AG with 66.67% and the Deutsche Sparkassen Leasing AG & Co KG (partner of Deutsche Leasing AG ) with 33.33% . S-Kreditpartner GmbH is a member of the Sparkassen-Finanzgruppe. The aim is to work with the savings banks to gain market share in the auto and consumer credit business and to secure their position in the long term.

So far, over 300 savings banks and around 700 dealers in the automotive and leisure vehicle industry throughout Germany have used the S-Kreditpartner GmbH offer.

In 2017, S-Kreditpartner GmbH and its sales partners achieved a new business volume of around 2.5 billion euros.

With currently around 280 employees, S-Kreditpartner GmbH looks after a customer loan volume of around 4.7 billion euros. Around 135 people are employed at the headquarters in Berlin. The other employees work decentrally in sales or in the competence center for dealer purchase financing in Bad Homburg vor der Höhe.

The GmbH was founded on June 1, 2011.

In November 2011, S-Kreditpartner GmbH took over selected activities of readybank AG from WestLB . The subject of the transaction was readybank ag's auto and consumer loans with an existing volume of around EUR 700 million.
