SA Zanvit (born January 22, 1950 in Wilen near Herdern TG as Anton Schäfli ) is a Swiss painter , draftsman and graphic artist . His entire life he pursued artistic creation, landscape painting, portraying, abstract concepts. Perceiving the color event and expressing it with great freedom was always in the foreground. SA Zanvit received national and international attention particularly with its pillars of human rights , which address the individual human rights of the United Nations .

Life

SA Zanvit was born in Wilen in 1950. At the age of 13 he was already exhibiting his first works in the shop windows of shops in Aadorf . From 1966 to 1971, he trained as a designer and graphic designer at the Zurich University of the Arts , today's ZHDK . Between 1971 and 1977, in addition to his work as an artist, he worked as a graphic designer at E + U Hiestand in Zollikon. From 1977 to 1978 he worked as a graphic designer for Paul Beer in Zollikerberg . In 1978 he became self-employed as a graphic artist and painter with his own studio in Aadorf in the canton of Thurgau . 1982–1986 he trained as a drawing teacher at the Zurich University of the Arts. In addition to his artistic work, he has been working as a drawing teacher since 1986 and has specialized in preparing for entrance exams for preliminary courses at universities of applied sciences.

Exhibitions

SA Zanvit received national and international attention particularly with its pillars of human rights , which address the individual human rights of the United Nations . In 1999 these were also exhibited in the Federal Palace in Bern .
