SG Warburg & Co.
SG Warburg & Co. was an investment bank based in London.
It was founded in 1946 by Siegmund G. Warburg under the name “New trading Company” . They were listed on the London Stock Exchange and the FTSE 100 Index . In 1995 the bank was taken over by the Swiss Bank Corporation (SBV). The SBV in turn merged in 1998 with the Swiss Bank Corporation (SBG) to form UBS .
