from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The Salon Literaturverlag ( spelling : SALON Literatur VERLAG) was founded in Munich in 1997 by Ulrich Gschwendtberger and Franz Westner. The focus of the portfolio includes publications with a historical background.

The authors of the publishing house include the Hungarian playwright Gábor Görgey , Wolfgang David , Thomas Hartwig , Walter Laufenberg and Tania Rupel .

With Gschwendtberger's departure at the end of 2013, the non-group publisher received a publishing advisory board that advises on program design and marketing.

Salon Literaturverlag regularly exhibits its program at the Leipzig Book Fair and other national and international trade fairs.
