SARM Division No. 6th
The SARM Division No. 6 is a division in the Canadian province of Saskatchewan . It is part of the Saskatchewan Association of Rural Municipalities ( SARM ) and is located in the northwest of the province. The division comprises a total of 48 rural municipalities; The head of administration is Darwin Whitfield
The landscape of the division is located in the transition zone from prairie to Aspen Parkland and is therefore characterized by grassland and forest steppe. Significant branches of the economy in the region consist of forestry and the extraction of oil and natural gas, as well as livestock and agriculture.
