The Ee 6/6 II , also known as Ee6 / 6ii, are electric shunting locomotives of the Swiss Federal Railways (SBB), with the Co'Co ' wheel arrangement.

The ten locomotives are the second Lokserie SBB with inverter drive and were for the 1980 Ablaufberg service delivered in the marshalling yards. There they replaced the shunting version of the Ce 6/8  II ("Crocodile"), which was kept as reserve shunting locomotives until 1986. Manufacturers were Schweizerische Lokomotiv- und Maschinenfabrik (SLM) for the mechanical part and the then BBC for the electrical part. They received the serial numbers 5135-5144 from the SLM.

For the exchange of locomotives, the vehicles are already running freight trains, for example between Buchs SG and Zurich.
